Hanna Digi Store may, upon customer request, offer optional remote technical assistance to help with the installation or activation of purchased digital licence keys.
This assistance:
Is provided free of cost, where applicable
Is voluntary and customer-initiated only
Is intended solely to assist with licence activation or basic installation guidance
By requesting and accepting remote support, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
Remote access to the customer’s computer or device is granted solely with the customer’s explicit consent and may be terminated by the customer at any time.
Hanna Digi Store does not access, collect, store, or retain personal files, passwords, financial information, or private data during remote assistance.
The customer remains fully responsible for backing up their data prior to requesting support.
Hanna Digi Store shall not be held liable for any data loss, system issues, software conflicts, or third-party software behavior occurring before, during, or after the support session.
Remote assistance is provided on an “as-is” and “best-effort” basis and does not constitute a professional IT service, warranty, or guarantee beyond licence activation.
Acceptance of remote support constitutes a waiver of any claims, disputes, or legal action arising from or related to such assistance, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
