Sent via email 

It cannot be returned, as the product is considered consumed and cannot be resold.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Incomplete customer details

Spam or junk email filtering

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first may result in:
