✔ Participating Tim Hortons Restaurants (Canada): Use it to pay for coffees, drinks, sandwiches, snacks, and other menu items.
✔ Tim Hortons App: You can add the gift card to the Tim Hortons mobile app and use it for in-app purchases, mobile orders, scan-to-pay, and delivery (where available) by transferring the balance into your account.
Show the digital gift card code or QR code (or give the card number & PIN) to the cashier at a participating Tim Hortons.
The purchase amount will be deducted from the gift card balance and the remaining balance is shown on the receipt.
Open the Tim Hortons app (iOS or Android).
Go to Scan → Tims Gift Card.
Tap Transfer Balance, then enter your card’s gift card number and PIN.
The balance will be added to your app for mobile checkout and other features.
Once added to the app, you can pay directly in-store or for delivery/mobile orders where the feature is supported.
✔ No Expiry: Tim Hortons gift cards do not expire and have no dormancy fees — you can use them anytime.
